What is Print On Demand?

Print On Demand means that we do not hold any stock of the products displayed, they are printed with the various print company partners via Printify when an order is placed.

Who Designs the Products?

The designs are all done by us and made available on the products selected.  From time to time there will more designs added onto either existing products or new products.  At the moment we are concentrating on Scotland themed products.

Who are Shopify?

Shopify is the platform used to generate the website and allow you to view and buy our products.

Do you ship to addresses outside the UK?

While we are based in the UK, we will be gradually increasing to other markets with selected products where print providers are available and it offers value for money to our customers.  When markets become available, we will announce on the home page and via social media outlets that we use.

While we will do everything in our power to use Print Providers in the relevant country to reduce fees to you, this isn't always possible and sometimes we need to use an alternative country to ship from.  When this happens, Import Tax / Duty may be required, hence why we try only to ship in countries where we have a print provider.

How long does it take to process orders and deliver?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so from point of order to delivery it usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.  If there are stock problems at the relevant printer, we would message to let you know.

For goods that are shipped from one country and exported, this process can take longer (between 10 to 30 days depending on where products are shipped from and are going too).

We are currently shipping to the UK from UK based Print Providers.
We are currently shipping to the US from US based Print Providers.
We are currently shipping to Canada from Canada based Print Providers.
We will soon be adding Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

Do your prices include any relevant taxes or shipping costs?

We try to include any relevant taxes applicable in a country in our prices so that these aren't a surprise at checkout.

Currently our shipping within the UK, US and Canada is free and included in our pricing.  

Do you accept returns?

As we are a Print On Demand service, each order is printed on request.  We do accept returns but request you get in touch with details of any issues first so that the print company can be contacted to resolve.

Marketing Info

We won't bombard you with marketing emails etc.  If you sign up to marketing as a new customer you will get an email with a discount code.  This will only work if you confirm signing up via an email that gets sent (please check your spam).  You will then only get messages relating to your Orders or to say Thank You.

Any sales or special offers will be notified on the website rather than email, so please check back regularly.
